At FootBalance Lanka, we take pride in crafting custom-made insoles tailored specifically to your individual needs. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we have a specialized refund policy.
*Non-Refundable Products* :
Custom-made insoles are non-refundable once the order has been processed and production has begun, as they are designed uniquely for each customer and can not be resold or reused.
*Fit Adjustment Policy* :
Your comfort matters to us. If you experience issues with fit or function,
We offer one free adjustment within 30 days of receiving your insoles.
Contact us with details and photos (if possible), and we will guide you through the next steps.
*Defective or Incorrect products* :
If you receive insoles that are defective or not as ordered,
Please notify us within [7–14 days] of delivery.
We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
